It seems like Kid CuDi has managed to establish an entirely new genre within hip hop. Check out this spacey joint from up-and-coming artist Nero:

Apparently, Daft Punk will be scoring the new Tron Legacy film (don’t hold your breath- it’s not due out until December) starring Olivia Wilde (!) and Jeff Bridges.
Not entirely sure if this track will be featured in the final version of the movie, but it’s dope nonetheless.
More information about the film can be found on their IMDB page here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1104001/

According to “20th Century Fox sources,” Avatar has become the second highest grossing film of all time tonight…and it only took 20 days. That’s about $1.12 billion dollars in 20 days…or $2.3 million dollars per hour. No wonder they allow James Cameron such a big budget…the man knows how to make moooola. Honestly, I thought that the film trailer wasn’t quite sexy enough to have such a mass appeal…boy was I wrong. Avatar now needs to hit an additional $720 million dollars to overcome the record held by James Cameron’s previous film, Titanic.
With 3D BluRay discs on the horizon, and probably another couple months in theaters, Avatar has a very very green future ahead.

“Supermagic” by Mos Def off of his album, the Ecstatic. Album of the year.
While I strongly dislike his live performances, I cannot deny that this man drops fire. Sick video and song.
