Let’s not forget who the GOAT is…

With all this talk of Lebron James’ greatness (ahem, Scottie Pippen), I would just like to remind you that despite LBJ’s talent’s and physicality I doubt that he will ever have the mental fortitude and leadership of Michael Jordan.

In this epic game 7 against the Knicks, Jordan puts together one of the greatest performances in playoff history by playing aggressively and setting an example for the rest of his team. He attacked the imposing Knick team head-on and stood up for his entire squad. Notice after Pippen gets pushed around how Jordan steps up to challenge McDaniels despite the risk of  a technical foul.

And then watch the sequence starting at 6:55 and marvel at the greatness.

With all the media focus on Japan’s melting nuclear reactors, the tense civil unrest in  Bahrain has largely flown under the radar.

There are several competing forces at play in Bahrain, including the larger Sunni Shiite divide and the totalitarian monarchy which has ruled Bahrain for the past 200 years. Over the past couple days, these conflicts have manifested in total civil unrest and subsequently, violence. There have been reports of innocent civilians being killed …

Here are a couple interesting articles to get you caught up:
