don’t believe the hype

Chalk Jock by mchoy

I’m pretty sure, in cases you guys don’t realize it, we are in the golden age of the commercial. Yeah, you heard it here first. The 60s and the 70s were the Golden age of Rock and Roll, the 80s and the 90s have hip hop and professional basketball, the 2000s have the commercial.

One of the best commercials out there right now is the Lebron James Chalk Commercial. Sidenote: Lebron James is making a serious run at MJ for best commercials…

Your body (and you!!) by caseyly16

I’ve been doing quite a bit of research lately on fitness and nutrition. I’ve come to realize that there are literally millions of contradictory health tips out there.  So what I’m going to attempt to do is cover the basics by exposing the false notions and providing their factual counterparts. I’ve noticed a lot of trends in my research, and I intend to spell that out right here.

The Mexicutioner. The People’s Champ.

De La Hoya Pacquiao Boxing

Please don’t get me wrong. I’ve been a huge fan of Oscar de la Hoya since forever. But what I witnessed tonight was simply the dawn of his constantly criticized career. Oscar de la Hoya, at the tender age of 35, was shown that he is no longer able to rise to a challenge.

Yeaup. Brand new Em, produced by Dre. The thing is the first and the third verses are supposed to be rapped by Dre, which Em raps to give Dre an idea of how to flow over it. Pretty crazy how Em can switch up his flow like that.

Oh yea, this ishh is hotter than napalm, so listen to it NOW before it gets removed:

Number One by Eminem (prod. by Dr. Dre)

I talk shit, but my dick’s as long as my payroll.

NOTE: probably going to be taken off detox, considering it was leaked. That’s fine with me, this song is pretty good but not classic like I expect detox to be anyways. Rest assured, we will continue our Detox watch, so stay tuned ladies & gents.
UPDATE: as I predicted, the shit got pulled pretty damn quick.
