KiD CuDi is indeed the Man on the Moon. Here is a man who is not confined within the boundaries of the music industry. His new album is absolute proof of that: there is zero teeny hip pop flavor. Instead, KiD CuDi seems to be in 100% control, easily transitioning between singing and rapping over dark and spacey beats. While his lyrical mastery and vocabulary are not brilliant, his ability to encapsulate you in his world makes this album worth buying. It’s definitely some “tune in, turn on, drop out” kind of music. Just hit the zone on the highway and Kid Cudi will bring you to the moon.

Because, I am too lazy to bring you a comprehensive review, check out some of the highlights after the JUMP.

Overall, I give this album a 8/10. Good but not great. Gets a 10 for originality though. KiD CuDi > Drake.

Now where’s Wale?
